How much does the service cost?
  Depending on which payment option you select, you can have your trash cans cleaned for as little as $6 per trash can per month. Please refer to the price grid below.

How often do you clean our trash cans?

How do I add a trash can to my service contract?
  You can add more trash cans to your existing service contract at any time by calling one of our Service Representatives at (949) 555-1212 .

Do you clean both the outside and inside of our trash cans?
 

Yes, we will clean, sanitize and deodorize both the outside and inside of your trash can.

How do you clean our trash cans?
  We will clean your trash cans curbside on your regular trash collection day. 
Our self-contained hot water process utilizes bio-degradable germicidal cleaning detergents along with a water based deodorant that chemically neutralizes odors. The end result is a clean trash can, free of harmful bacteria and smelling pleasantly fresh.

How do I pay for the services?
  We accept all major credit and debit cards.  For payment options, please refer to the price grid detailed in the Order Service section of our website. We also accept personal checks for our annual payment options.  Please call us on (949) 555-1212 to make the appropriate arrangements.

Our entire process is 100% self-contained to prevent run off of any kind. CanGienic’s process not only cleans, sanitizes and deodorizes, it also adheres to the strictest standards for maximum protection of our environment and the oceans.

How do I schedule my trash cans to be cleaned?
  You can complete the online secured order form located on the CanGienic website under Order Service or you can contact us at (949) 555-1212 and place your order with one of our Service Representatives.  When your order has been processed, we will send you a welcome pack, which will include Customer Identification Stickers and details of your first scheduled clean.

Do I have to sign up for services for a specific period of time?
  All service options offered by CanGienic require an annual contract.

Do I have to have all my trash cans cleaned?
  CanGienic allows you to determine the number and type of trash can (waste, recycle or garden) you wished to have cleaned.  We offer beneficial pricing options for multiple trash cans.  Please refer to the price grid detailed in the Order Service section of our website.

What happens if I move?
  If you are moving to a neighborhood that is currently being serviced by CanGienic, we can transfer your service to your new home.  If you are relocating to a neighborhood that is not currently serviced by CanGienic, we will cancel your service, calculate any refund due and credit that amount back to the credit or debit card you used to purchase your service.  You also have the option of gifting the remaining cleans under your current agreement to the new owner of your current address.  Please contact CanGienic no matter which option you choose at

What if I’m not home the day my trash cans are scheduled to be cleaned and my trash cans are not available?
  We will add an extra clean onto the end of your service agreement.

How do I know when my trash cans have been cleaned?
  Your trash cans will look like new and will have a fresh fragrance emanating from inside.  In addition, the CanGienic route driver will leave a notice on your cans.

How do you know which trash cans to clean?
 

When you receive your welcome packet from CanGienic, it will include Customer Identification Stickers for each can you contracted to have cleaned.  These stickers are placed on the front of the trash cans you wish to have cleaned, which identifies your cans to our route drivers.

When does my price change?
 

Your rate is fixed for the duration of your initial service contract.  Upon renewal you will be charged the rate in effect at that time.

What happens at the end of my annual agreement?
  Your service agreement will automatically renew for an additional twelve months unless cancelled by you 30 days prior to the annual renewal date.  Please refer to the Customer Service Agreement, Terms and Conditions for additional details regarding your service.

How do I update my personal or payment information?

Can I change my service options at renewal?
  You can modify your service plan or payment option at renewal. You are able to make any of these changes by providing us with notice 30 days prior to the annual renewal of your agreement. Please refer to your Customer Service Agreement for additional details or contact CanGienic at (949) 555-1212.

Is my personal information secure?
  Your Privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting our customers’ personal information.  We pledge to act in a responsible manner with any information you provide us in conjunction with placing an order to purchase services from CanGienic.  We do not sell or disclose any personal information about our customers or former customers to any third parties.
